Terms of service
These terms describe the use of Simply Free CRM, operated by Sean Shahkarami. Contact seankshahkarami@gmail.com about the service or these terms.
The service
Simply Free CRM provides contact management, an internal back office, a client portal, basic website analytics, and meeting scheduling. The current core offering is free. Optional paid visitor-identification services require a separate agreement; submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a subscription. Third-party services may have separate charges, limits, and terms.
Your account and workspace
Use an email account you control and protect access to it. Only access workspaces and records you are authorized to use. Workspace owners are responsible for team invitations, client assignments, sharing choices, and removing access when appropriate. Email verification does not by itself confer membership in a private workspace.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process, store, back up, and transmit it as needed to operate the features you request, as described in the privacy policy. Upload or share information only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited abuse, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass access controls.
Bookings and third-party services
Connecting Google Calendar authorizes the scheduler to check availability and manage scheduler bookings using the permissions you approve. Booking details are shared with the host, attendees, and Google. The current version checks one connected primary calendar per workspace. External calendar changes, provider outages, account settings, and email delivery delays can affect availability and confirmations. Check important appointments in your calendar. Canceling a meeting does not automatically cancel a separate agreement or payment obligation with another person.
Current limits and availability
The service is provided as available and is subject to storage, usage, and provider limits. Features may change or experience interruptions. Keep independent copies of important information. Backups do not guarantee recovery from every type of loss. The service is not an accounting system, an electronic-signature service, or a compliance certification. Do not upload protected health information or use it for regulated records that require safeguards or agreements we have not expressly arranged with you.
Access changes and questions
We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. Workspace owners can revoke invited users' access. Contact us for help with exports, deletion requests, service problems, or questions before relying on the service for a new use. Updates to these terms will be posted here; separate paid-service agreements govern any separately purchased service.
